Returning home isn’t easy when you know floodwaters have washed through your home ruining precious keepsakes and interrupting the rhythm of your life. But Greg and Glenda Avery had to push through their emotions so they could excavate their belongings from their flood-damaged home in New Orleans. This multimedia piece follows the Averys as they return home in December of 2005.
